I skilled smithing up to 32. I started with 4 huge blocks to try to break them down to small bricks and small pieces. I ended up with none of them because of fails, even though I got the message that I could no longer advance my skill with that combine. Rats! I agree with Kalanar's post.

Is it just me or does anyone else think it is lame that you can only get 2 small pieces of velium from a block of velium yet it takes 27 small pieces of velium to make a block. /boggle
block + chisel = large (1)
large + chisel = Small (1)
Small + chisel = small piece (2)
am I missing something?
I am not saying we sould be able to get 27 small pieces from a block but maybe
block + chisel = large (1) small piece (2)
large + chisel = small (1) small piece (2)
small + chisel = small piece (2)
or even more logical
block + chisel = large (2)
large + chisel = small (2)
small + chisel = small piece (2)
that is only 6 small pieses from a block with the first and 8 with the second when it takes 27 to make a block. still kida lame but would at least be worth the time it takes to farm.
any ideas plz
