Can't seem to learn this spell - it doesn't show up in my Class/AA's after I 'learn" it. Possible bug - I rreported and petitioned. We'll see.

Neither did the regular Enchant Feymetal spell either

Edit - OK, GM contacted me, and said you have to be Level 85 to get this ability. Don't see that mentioned elsewhere, but oh well.
