I have not made this yet, but I have made all the parts (except for the fur padding), and have not had to use celestial essence. Is this correct? Am I missing something?

I would assume you bought your coldain tempers in Thurgadin. The recipe aboves assumes you will brew your own, perhaps becuase it is 10pp per temper cheaper that way.

In other words, the celestial essence is used in brewing coldain velium temper.
