I just attempted with the deluxe toolbox and was unable to do the combine as well. (CLR/HIE/0 Tinkering). No error messages or anything, just can't combine. Please remove it from the container list.

Sounds like a bug. Can anyone confirm whether this is the case with other recharge recipes?
