 | The Erudite starts off in either Erudin or Paineel on the Continent of Odus. In either city, Tox forest is available as a newbie hunting ground. What is the best strategy for playing a good Erudite? What is the best strategy for playing an evil Heretic Erudite? What zones and cities should you take him to and which ones should you avoid? Which factions should you work on improving, and which factions should you be wary of decreasing? Is there a way to develop anough faction to be accepted in the good cities? What are the best quests in Erudin or Paineel for the beginning Erudite? Where are the best shops? How should you role play your Erudite?

look closely for quests an items that drop in paineel esp the old baulpeen hammer from the smith as well as the packmaster's lash nice lil weapon 4 24 proc choke 2 ac an neg sv dis an cha but ah well LOL

They have THE biggest mana pool in the game which makes them butt whooping int casters. They are really night blind BUT WHO CARES... ONE WORD GAMMA...GAMMA I said that one word twice hehe. The newbie zone does suck but Freeports newbie zone rocks. HINT HINT. Go back to Odus when you are a tennagers. GOOD Newbie quests though....DONT tell me that there isnt any good newbie quests because that is BS. They might not have items that will give you 1000000pp but they can give you a nice wallet fora newbie. GET in a guild as soon as possible...ask around. If your in Therris Thule then ak Atakis Darto Ghoulblade. Im Atakis we will be glad to let yo into our guild. Perhaps you have heard of it Insane Legion. My advice for you PICK THEM THEY rock

The Erudite hybrids, while not the best class stat-wise, are fun to play and quite rare. Choose a class cause you like the looks, roleplaying, etc. but stats and such should not be as big a concern. Too many people say Erudite pallys and SKs suck, but at least we (Erudite hybrid players) are doing something different for a change. The same goes for other rare race/class combos, ie gnome clerics. These are also challenging classes to play but kick *** if played right. And to the guy who was talking about Erudites as ******** ********* you must play EQ all day and never get out of your house, cause if u left youre house youd be killed for your 'beliefs' ...unless youre some Southern inbreed of course. For God sakes it's 2001 not the Civil War you dumbass. RACISM IS WRONG (except in EQ of course.
