LOL I agree. my boyfriend is a high elf wizard and HOOO BOY he loves to gloat. He's like Ha i just did 120 pts of damage to that!! /emote sighs. High elves do have their snobish traits. LOL But they must be usefull for something. Right??

So what do we have here? It seems to me that we have an elven Calista Flockhart lurking around our boards tempting us with those little toothpicks they call legs, all the while leaping and prancing, trying to whet our appetite with her anorexic gyrations. A decayed skeleton has more meat on it's bones than these emaciated appetizers mascarading as sentient creatures.

As King of the Trolls I have considered Kelethin (notice the syllable *thin* in Kelethin) as my personal pantry, indeed, the entire continent of Faydark is my exclusive elf, gnome, and dorf farm. That particular area of Norrath has no purpose other than to be an agricultural preserve designed to supply trolls with a steady source of food.

So, little Miss Anonymous, I am putting you on notice that you are slated to be my desert for next week Thursday's dinner party. Be there.

Well, actually, I have done much the same things as you. First I had a 15 Troll Warrior on Torvonilous who worshipped Cazic Thule, since he is my favorite god (as you may have noticed if you turn my name around), anyway, my RL buddies wanted to start again on a PvP server, and we chose Tallon. With pain in my heart, I said goodbye to him and started again on Tallon. I had him worship Rallos, after all, I thought the choice of your god didn't matter that much, and after all, I AM a warrior. I put my points in STR (exactly like last time) and a few in sta so it ended up in 140str 120sta. I also chose to go ONLY, ONLY for 2h slash. I know many of you may disagree, blah blah blah, but I AM NOT A POWER GAMER. I did both things purely for the roleplay aspect. IRL I'm pretty strong, and it's one of the things I'm proud of. So in games I always go for str, and doing as most melee damage as possible (the less casting abilities, the more combat stats/abilities). I know that 2 1h weaps taunt a lot better, and that is the way Verant FORCES you to follow the rest, and be just another guy in the crowd. Well, I DID NOT. I hate being forced into something, and I wanted to be DIFFERENT. Anyway, I have no trouble in combat (lvl45 btw) and as I read somewhere before, ppl did experiments with avatar and stuff, add dex you know, and the changes in procs and critical hits were VERY small. I mean, for a gnome, hafling or any other weak race, yes, they don't have the strength or the stamina, so they need to get it from their agility and dexterity. But not trolls, ogre, barbarians and dorfs. We do so much dmg that if we miss once, it won't matter. Anyway, it just might be all roleplay. What I did learn is that if you choose for Rallos, you can never raise yourself out of KOS with Cabilis, even with the bonechip quest, however you could with Cazic (he created both iksar and trolls so...) so this pained me greatly. However, when I came in Velious, I discovered, to my great surprise, me not being KOS to Kael Drakkel, which was awesome. I could be bound in Kael with no worries, and bank up, thus I could stay there, instead of OT, where everything is turning green. However, I found that there were very few darks in Velious/Kael, and was attacked on sight by every light that passes. Knowing I could never hunt in peace there, I went back to Kunark. I will come back though, with a guild raid probs. And I will definately go to SS again, cause I need Guardian Armor baad. Anyway that was bout the history of Rorroh, hehe. I have a cleric so you may say that I shouldnt be writing here, but I think that I may have something to add. I am lvl 50 now and having little problem getting raids, groups, and all sorts of fun.

When I started I did not know what I was doing and ended up putting my points in Str, Int, and Agi. Now when I realized what a mess I made around lvl 9, I thought about restarting. However, I didnt and am glad of it.

True I had to go to greater lengths to get my Wis up, but in my mind that made the game far more interesting and challenging. I eventually got my Wis to 200, though maybe not as quickly as others. As I was told, characters are only as good as the people behind the keyboard. The beauty of this game is that everybody can do whatever they like with their characters.

So don't start over if you find that you did not follow the "cookie cutter" directions as to how to make a character. Play the game for what it is and enjoy yourself.

Well true trolls suffer in agi and dex, but you are a WARRIOR! You need stamina!!!!! Sta, Str, Agi is the order of importance. Don't waste any points on str, its really ez to get up. Go all sta and te rest if you do recreate. Even if you don't, it doesn't really matter, any combo of str/sta is good for a warrior. But if you put all into dex and agi your killing yourself.

That hit to your dex is gonna kill you, espically when you start getting weapons that proc an ability. I've just started my troll warrior (sstaph on Terris-Thule), but I made the same mistake with my DE SK. I started over by the time I hit 12th, and getting my new DE SK (with the stats in the correct slots) was even more of a breeze than the first time.

I would recommend starting over NOW, before you invest any more time/equipment into him. Also, starting with all the equipment you had at level 12 will just kick *** also, making it an even eaiser trip back up to this charecter's current level. Just need to find a trustworthy companion with room for 8 backpack to sit there while you make your new troll ;)

Yes, regeneration gets better. At level 20 you will begin regenerating 6 ticks per time unit while sitting. Its still 2 ticks while standing. I am not possitive about this, but I believe at level 51, and every level to 60, regeneration goes up 2 ticks every level.

Sorry, but only ogres are unstunable from the front. Ogres can still be stunned from behind.

Yep, I just had one last Sunday. I cooked her in my iron pot with a healthy handful of garlic, turnips, and leeks. She simmered over an open flame for 5 hours till the meat fell off the bone and there was a layer of elf fat on the surface.
