You say, 'Hail, Crusader Vraket' Crusader Vraket Stares at you. You say, 'All Hail rallos Zek' Crusader Vraket says, 'All Hail Rallos Zek. You have blooded the tower swords. Next, you will learn about the middle swords. These are a representation of one of what Norrathian's call Rallos Zek's children, [Tallon Zek].' You say, 'Tallon Zek' Crusader Vraket says, 'Tallon Zek is a genius of strategy. Some beings call him the Beholder of battle and the god of [strategy]' You say, 'strategy' Crusader Vraket says, 'Strategy is long-reaching plans for success in conflict. It is not the immediate decision of tactics, but what steps you will take for eventual success. These steps include [supplies]. You say, 'supplies' Crusader Vraket says, 'You will gather supplies for war from Velketor's Labyrinth. i feel a rumbling in the very land and that is the point of strategy, prepare and plan for the future.' Crusader Vraket expects you to show the strength of Rallos Zek and wisdom of Tallon Zek. Collect some supplies worthy of a war effort from Velketor. Collect them all before you return to deliver them. Repeated trips are a waste of time and resources, thus is bad strategy.

When you create the next step of your earring, remember what you learned of strategy. Improve your tenacious earring of Rallos Zek with two vials of purified mana, an emblem of the harasser, emblem of the composite, emblem of the mendicant, or emblem of the convoker, depending on your class as well as an appropriate power source. When you go out to bloody it, collect all of the small items withing Velious. As a side note to those looking to just make the power sources. The recipes will not combine without having been given the recipe in the course of this task. You will get the message that it seems to be missing something.
