Gozzrem says 'Greetings. If you seek wisdom or the arcane I have tasks in the halls of testing you may complete to gain what you seek. You say, 'I seek the arcane' Gozzrem says 'To garner a reward fit for one who walks the arcane path return to me the poison tear and the poison symbol. Along with these return the serrated symbol and the runed symbol. If this task is not hard enough for you, I have a second quest for you. You say, 'What is the second quest?' Gozzrem says 'Tears may fall to the ground but not the ones you seek now. The black tear and the ruby tear you must seek. For more power I require the ruby symbol and a white symbol to bind the powers together. What the H@#$ is he talking about? spit it out boy!!!! Someone please translate the quest
Dozzer in temple of veeshan Halls of testing drops the tears you need he is the only mob to drop the tears for all the ToV HoT quests and it a random drop so might have to take him out a few times but he has like a 24 hour repop timer or longer the symboles are random off dragons in ToV HoT i think named ones not sure if it just named in there or not i know skyshrine armor bits drop off any mob in ToV
BTW if you wish to hunt in ToV HoT you need to be non kos to claws of veeshan faction else you never will make it far in zone i am currently trying to get the tears for this i have both symbols
