So I had gotten him randomly a few times before I was on this quest. I wiped the large open area about 20+ times and he didn't spawn. A guildie mentioned I should check the zone to see if he was up somewhere else (he wasn't) but Direfang was up. I went to kill Direfang and went back to the open area. I had just cleared the area, so it was respawning by the time I got back. Direfang popped within 30 seconds of being back in the area. I killed him again and within 30 seconds, Frost spawned.
So it looks like if Direfang IS up, then Frost will not spawn. Only one named wolf can be up at a time it seems.

The only priest I could find was at the far south of the zone in the same room as Yetarr.
I waited until the group of live giants only had one undead target - I then burned that target down and helped kill it, which made all the live giants respawn to their spawn points. I quickly went to the priest and did the hand in before aggro in the room started again.
The live giants did not turn on me/my group.

the live priest may not be kos, but that room is constantly under attack from aggressive mobs and they agro the priest which makes it almost impossible to do the hand in

I spawned the kromzek sorcerer at location -3958, 161, -297. I believe it spawned either from a frost giant noble or a frost giant commoner.
I killed Frost (task updated) and while I was killing the other 2 mobs in the same pull, the task poofed ;(

I found the kromzek sorcerer at location -2411, 217, -229. I'm sure there are more but this will get you started in your quest to spawn him.

Should be changed to:
"He may be located in the big room before Derakor the Vindicator."
