Unfettered Emerald Excellence (raid)  

We've not made it past the first few minutes, so... let's see:

NPC is Dreadblade Yiaga S`Lon https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=54342 - he's in the far southern part of the zone

Unfettered Emerald Excellence is the boss inside, keyword to start the fight is "downfall"

Beyond that - at 84% he goes inactive and you get four waves of three mephits. They come only about 30 seconds apart, so you'll end up with most of the twelve up at the same time. Different named mephits are particularly susceptible to different types of damage (mez, slow, root, etc.), and, if anyone dies during this phase, their corpse spawns an additional mephit... At some point in there, probably timed, the boss goes active again - which is as far as we've gotten... ;-)
