Toolset Delivery  

I have tried doing this quest with my lvl 15 bard. with faction song Kellek falhammercons amaible to him. But when I give him the note or whatever from Wenglawks he say "I will not aid the likes of you." Does this mean you have to be lvl 50 for it to work? I was told you could do it with a lvl 1 if they had the right faction. Soem help plz.

Okay, they've changed some things.

When it gets to the part where you are suppose to say "I will deliver the goods for you"

You say: "what deliveries"

Wenglawks says: "I have three clients who deliveries must be taken care of. These will not be simple deliveries. I want you not only to deliver the items, but to assist them if they need help using their package. Do you wish to hear of the first task I have for you?"

you say: "I wish to hear of the first task"

Wenglawks says: "One of my clients lives on the shore of the iceclad ocean. His name is sonjan. supposedly he is some kind of pirate from the other lands. However, I could not care less what he calls himself. He paid me well to acquire him a set of coldain tools and they were not easy to come by. Are you willing to take this package to sonaj?"

You say: "I am willing"

then he gives you the note to give to Kellek to get the toolset.

I made a level 1 halfling warrior that worshipped Rallos zek to do this quest. I got in and got this far but Kellek says "I will do nothing to aid beings like you!" when I give him the note. So either they don't like halflings or you have to have better than dubious faction to do this quest.

Been doing quest for quite some time. In conversation with Kkeak, now when I say: " I will deliver the goods nothing happens - he no longer hands me the note for giant in next room. What's up?

If you are KOS to both Kormrif and Kromzek, is this quest still doable? Is Wenglawks and Kellek on that faction? If it does matter, what race/class combo can I create to do this quest? Will an ogre war make them talk to me and give me the quest items? Thx for your help.

We just killed him tonight and he gave us shoulders;)

I have been looking all over keal, well ok for only one hour or so, but I couldnt find him where he is supposed to be. Only saw 3 guys who look like him and a merchant.

Can someone tell me if this quest is broken? and if not where they found him?

hmm.. spoke with a kkaek he gave me note for tool from kellek, sojon guy in iceclad in igloo i have not gone to see yet my faction still sucks but the quest seems to be going well atm also doing storm collar wich is working even with crappy faction

When you finish this quest Wenglawks gives you another quest, resulting in the Bracer of Midnight. Needed high amiable faction on the second quest. I still don't have enough for the third quest yet. Lets just say each successive stage of this quest series gets A LOT more interesting.

Some people might not realize exactly what use neg 20 cha might have, but considering that shadowknights and necromancers depend on low cha for fears and the shoulders are all/all with good ac and such, they are excellent for both and a good easy way to get some nice low cha =)

I've worked both my Kromzek and Kromrif faction to amiable. I can get the note from Wenglawks but then when I hand it to Kellek he shrugs me off and says he wont' deal with me. They are all amiable to me... any clues here?

This gives a nice little item for rogues. AC 12, +5 agility +3 dex. There is also a -20 charisma, but as a rogur who would really care? Just take them off before buying or selling. :)
