Aren't you the ones who do dangerous tasks for those of us with more important things to do." You say "adventurer". Tinzenwen Geargoggler says, "Yes, you see our situation has grown more untenable each day. It won't be long before too many of us have grown too worn to fight the orcweres and they will breach our home and ruin all that we have preserved here seeking food that we do not have. I hate to admit this, but I could use some brute force to [help] us solve this problem once and for all. You say "help". Tinzenwen Geargoggler says, "I remain honoured by your presence, maker. If only I had your wisdom and skills I could resolve this [task] that one of my peers has asked me to complete. We have been poor keepers of your legacy, and some of your creations have fallen afoul of our poor craftsmanship and we are attempting to make up for our failure. You say "task". Tinzenwen Geargoggler says, "Good enough. Here is what I need you to do." You have been assigned the task "When Orcs Fly". The orc that you saw being threatened with becoming food for the starving Bloodmoon clan seems to have grown desperate. So much so that he is willing to talk to you. He seems desperate to get off this floating mountain, though if that idea had occurred to other members of his clan they likely would want the same thing. Perhaps this may be a solution to the issue of the orcwere and their assaults on the gnomelikes. 1. Speak with Tinzenwen about helping the orc leave Gnome Memorial Mountain. 0/1 (Gnome Memorial Mountain) Speak with Tinzenwen about this. You say, 'Hail, Tinzenwen Geargoggler' Tinzenwen Geargoggler says, "Ah well, you say there is an orc that wants to leave our sacred island? That is a splendid idea. If we can get rid of one this way, maybe we can get of all the foul beasts." 2. Loot 4 Rusted Rotor Blade from Iron Legion flyers 0/4 (Gnome Memorial Mountain) Tinzenwen is willing to help if your plan might lead to the exodus of the Bloodmoon from this sacred place. He things he might be able to make a device that will allow the orc to get down from here. To create the thing we will need some parts. Luckily there are still plenty of irreparable Iron Legion you can scavenge for parts. First, you will need some rotor blades. Loot updates only count by killing and looting mobs in the furnace room and the floor directly above. Loot "Rusted Rotor Blade" from "an Iron Legion hugger or healer" 3. Loot 1 Steam Power Source from members of the Iron Legion 0/1 (Gnome Memorial Mountain) You will need a small power source. It won't have to run for long, so it doesn't have to be in really grate shape. Loot "Steam Power Source" from "an Iron Legion helper or admirer" 4. Loot 1 Reinforced Metal Strapping from members of the Iron Legion 0/1 (Gnome Memorial Mountain) Some form of harness would be good. It will just have to last long enough to get the orc to the water below. Loot "Reinforced Metal Strapping" from "an Iron Legion admirer or helper" 5. See if you can find a stoppered urn or something in the warehouse. 0/1 (Gnome Memorial Mountain) Tinzenwen cared very little if the orc drowned once the task of getting it off the island was accomplished, but he did agree that if it drowns within sight of the others then they probably would be unwilling to leave by that route. So gather up something it can float on. 6. Deliver 4 Rusted Rotor Blade to Tinzenwen Geargoggler 0/4 (Gnome Memorial Mountain) 7. Deliver 1 Steam Power Source to Tinzenwen Geargoggler 0/1 (Gnome Memorial Mountain) 8. Deliver 1 Reinforced Metal Strapping to Tinzenwen Geargoggler 0/1 (Gnome Memorial Mountain) 9. Speak with Tinzenwen about the device. 0/1 (Gnome Memorial Mountain) You say, 'Hail, Tinzenwen Geargoggler' Tinzenwen Geargoggler says, 'Well, here it is. It should do for you what we want. Deliver 1 Unstable Rotopack to the Bloodmoon exile 0/1 (Gnome Memorial Mountain) A Bloodmoon exile says, in Orcish, 'This! This metal thing? Me have no other thing me do.' He shrugs on the device, ignores any other information you try to give him, grasps the urn and leaps from the island. 'Roar!' You complete the trade with a Bloodmoon exile. 12. Watch as the orc leaves the island. 0/1 (Gnome Memorial Mountain) The Bloodmoon exile is thoroughly exploded when the device you gave him malfunctions in the most spectacular way. 13. I found these on Clockwork Mechanics flying around in the room with conveyor belt & boxes that has the helipad outside on the side of the mountain, but these did not update the task.
In the furnace room the Iron Legion Hugger dropped the blades and these updated the task
