This task starts with Phibbit in Esianti at -796, -1078, -20 in the building in the southeast portion of the zone. He is on the find tool. You say, 'Hail, Phibbit' Phibbit says, 'Oh! A fellow traveler of Esianti! How happy am I to see you! The air is pretty thin up here and I was worried that you were a trick of the mind when I saw you approach. One of the things you may have noticed up here, as well with other areas of the jann, is the [armors] that patrol each plane.'
