General Jyleel (Paladin Guildmaster) is at location 10, -201 in Northern Felwithe. He's on Find (Ctrl+F).
You say, 'Hail, General Jyleel' General Jyleel says 'Stand at attention!! I am General Jyleel, of the Koada'Vie, defenders of Felwithe. Do you [follow Tunare], the Mother of All, or do you still [seek your enlightenment]?' You say, 'I follow Tunare.' General Jyleel says 'Then you are wise indeed. Would you like to [assist the defenders] in our conflicts or have you other business to attend to?' You say, 'I would like to assist the defenders.' General Jyleel says 'Seek out the Crushbone orcs of the Faydarks. We must have their oracle scrolls. They are illegible to you, but we will study them here in Felwithe. Only the orc oracles will carry them, so be very careful. There is also the problem with the [Crushbone runners].' Head to Crushbone or Lesser Faydark and kill orc oracles to loot an Illegible Scroll. Hand General Jyleel the Illegible Scroll. General Jyleel says 'Very fine work. A pity you are not Koada'Vie. Here is a small reward for you. Anytime you come upon an oracle, remember to return its scroll to me. Go and find your fate on the field of battle.' Your faction standing with Clerics of Tunare has been adjusted by 5. Your faction standing with King Tearis Thex has been adjusted by 5. You gain experience!! You receive 7 copper from General Jyleel. You receive 5 silver from General Jyleel. I've done this quest a number of times (Oct 2000) and recieve a random low item every time, rations, armor. Got a 'Potion of sustenance' once.

I've recieved two of these... And no one know what they are for or what they do... I've tried to drink them and had no change, they still remained in my inventory and no effects to myself.
Anyone have any clues? Another quest, perhaps?

I had one of these and I have been unable to find any use of it. My guess is it is needed for some other quest or maybe as one has said try drinking it if you stamina is low. Boat rides are good for lower that stamina line. :)

I believe you would only see a change if your stamina bar was short...

I got a Level [52 Necro / 49 Shaman] Spell: Plague for this once. The rest of the time I got an Iron ration.

My level 22 monk ('Kindly considers you' faction to Gen. Jyleel) received the exact same spell scroll.

'Illegible Scroll' dropped off of an orc oracle in WC at orc camp 1.
I thought it was a pretty nice reward as I have a necro and a beastie on the same server.

I Got The Shm/Nec Spell Plauge From This Once Sold It To A Shaman In FV For 100pp, Dont Know If Thats What Its Worth But Thats What He Bought It For
Well, if you buy plague in overthere they charge about 45p. If you don't want to bother making the trip or if you just turned the level to use the spell (and are excited) I could see spending 100p on it.

I got a lvl 44 Shaman scroll for this quest once. Worth 3pp and some to shopkeepers. Costs aprox 20pp to casters though.

1st time i did this I got the Plague scroll, why a Paladin is giving out this I will never know you, every other time the Pointy Eared tighta£$e has only given me an Iron ration. But I still get XP and faction so I keep handing them in )

i've gotten plague twice and a 44lvl enchanter scroll once out of the hundreds of times that i've done this quest. (o.k. it only seems like hundreds. maybe actually close to one hundred, but still alot)
