He begins to enrage 25 minutes from the time you engage him. Every 90ish seconds after 25 minutes he emotes that he powers up. It took him 4 emotes of powering up before the red text across the screen flashed that he was fully enraged. He hits a lot harder when enraged, and his wild rampage is pretty brutal.
