Looks like warlords and warmasters can be anywhere inside the secret area.
Life needs more cowbell.

i got everything else for this zone over about 5 days. 4 days later still no praem.
same spot. took an additional 3 hours. Rundl still wont spawn though. For those needing Felor, just set up at that Gazebo and keep on killing. Rundle I don't know yet.
I got Rundl in the eastern half of the north/hidden area--east of the river, there is an encampment. Approx location: 3266, 12, -5
double name chances these weeks. So I returned and got Felor in the first hour. I set up at approx. 3400 x 900 at the Gazebo like thing. Rundle still has not spawned in the past 6 hours.
In the past week, parser program shows I killed 5,300 mobs in the north section of the twilight zone. Neither Felor nor Rundl has spawned. I have gotten 2 crag ligi warmasters, 3 grol baku warmasters, 4 vas ren warmasters, 3 crag ligi warlord, 9 grol baku warlord and 11 vas ren warlords in the same time. Very disheartening, but I am not stopping.
