From what I have heard, the Resplendent drops from the Plane of Growth and the Beguilers Robe is the result of this quest. That is just what I have heard

A robe with these stats AND it has Rune IV built into it. Hope it does not reqire a Peridot to cast the effect.

I am positive, this robe no longer requires a gem. That was a bug, and Verant fixed it.

As of today, 12/24/2001...
This robe still requires a reagent. I've had this robe since my very first plane raid ever, PoG about a year ago. Was lvl 46 at the time and was my first planar drop. Effect of robe, Rune IV, required reagent of a peridot then and still does today. It also has a cast time of almost 30 seconds. I never use it's effect, what a waste.

Well guys I clicked the link for necromancer quest and it came here otherwise why I would say the name was different. Just fyi for those as confused as me. Are they the same items needed for the quest OR are they different. I can already see major problems on the torn silk loots IF it is a single mobs , what is gonna happen here is a guy is gonna get a full set for braggin rights then his buddies , then after we figure out why are those guys always camping them , share the knowledge that how you got as far as you have from shared knowledge , forewarned is fore armed.

The torn enchanted silk drops randomly off literally hundreds of mobs. No-one will be able to camp them because of this. The chance for any piece of the armor is rare, but it comes off every MOB in Kael Drakkel. I would assume that all the parts for the Kael Drakkel quests would drop in skyshrine, and so on. I am not sure of where the gems drop, but they are supposed to drop in the dungeons of Velious.
