These are all ground spawns found in the lower portion of the zone near the jail, cook, and should really spawn anywhere in the zone. Items for this and Death Mountain Trinkets can spawn anywhere in the zone. I got 1 Sign of Droga near the Blood of Droga, while another i got near Overseer Vakov. Likewise with the dented cup I got in the same area and the jail.

I did it the same way as Rhykar, tried to cover every pixel of the zone. Checked beds, tables, mining carts etc. Here's what I found:

I came in with my rogue to do this collection set. My deduction after covering every square inch of the zone.... these must share spawn points with Mountain Death Trinkets. After covering the entire zone, I found exactly TWO from this set. One was found in the area above the jail with the trap pit. The other was found 1/2 way up the zone out tunnel. I did find 22 other collectibles, all of which were from Mountain Death Trinkets. Good luck :(
