Prerequisite Quests: Partisan of Lceanium and Partisan of the Scorched Woods achievements.
This is a shared task. Say extract to Praetor Vixelo in Lceanium to trigger the task. He's located in the NW room of the main building. You've been recruited by Combine Leadership to aid their operative inside Chardok. Specifically, you're tasked with identifying ways to weaken the city's infrastructure and supply lines before Combine forces engage. The longstanding Prince of Chardok, Selrach Di`zok, should be heavily involved in organizing the city's defenses. Find the prince's quarters in the Royal Palace. Combine agents report his room is located in the Western section. This is at -350, 234, -269 (most westernly room of the zone) You've located the Prince's room. Kill nearby Sarnak until you recover some form of actionable intel, hopefully about the logistics or supplies of their military. Di'Zok royal guard dropped Chardok Logistics Report. It won't be easy to find Queen Velazul Di`zok's quarters, but it's worth the risk. You will no doubt be able to acquire invaluable intelligence there. Combine agents believe the Queen's room to be hidden in the Southern side and on the lowest levels of the Royal Palace. This is at -1070, -270, -381. You've located the Queen's chambers. Thankfully she's not there right now. Kill nearby Sarnak until you find some details of their military plans that the Combine can exploit. Di'zok Warlord in the same room dropped Chardok Battle Plans. Praetor Vixelo instructed you to report your findings to one of the Combine agents working in Chardok. You're supposed to rendezvous with your contact in the Night Garden, the central underground garden of Chardok, located below the bridges in front of the Royal Palace. Your contact should be on the Southern shore of the river. Your contact is a frustrated fisherman. You've reached the rendezvous location but only see Sarnak. Your contact must be undercover. Vixelo's instructions tell you to speak the code phrase 'deep aegis' to identify yourself to the agent. The agent is a frustrated fisherman. Give the Chardok Logistics Report to Ralla Merow'shu. Give the Chardok Battle Plans to Ralla Merow'shu. Say "Agreed. It's an honor to work with you, Agent Ralla." to Ralla Merow'shu to receive your next mission. You need to say, "Agreed. It's an honor to work with you, Agent Ralla." and the quest finishes. If you repeat what she says it's wrong.

The Frustrated Fisherman is actually Ralla in disguise. When you say the code words "Deep Aegis" to her she will change to her normal form and you can give the two documents to her and then converse and get the Recall Gem. Ralla is not trackable and does not show on map, because she is disguised as the Sarnak Fisherman which is trackable and on map. She is only in her real form for a limited time, ( don't know exactly how long) so I would not tarry before doing the turn in. Interestingly she spawned behind me on the two times I did this task and the first time I did not pick up on that, so lost out the first time. Good Luck!!
