Stand in the middle of the lake not far from the druid rings. Right click on the extractor. It will give you Dreadland Water.

2. Deliver 1 Dreadland Water Extractor to Elzar Windthroppe
3. Deliver 5 Dreadland Water to Elzar Windthroppe
