Just click it. It’s not a container. Clicking puts a Huge Food Bundle in your inventory Hail Stak for the update. Listen to Stak’s Speech. There were no "a huge frontier brute" up when I did the quest. I was able to kill "a frontier brute" in the NE mountain area and they spawned the "a huge frontier brute" that were needed.
