Because you'll be going back and forth across the entirety of Frontier Mountains! They could have put the quest giver somewhere closer but no let's stick them as far away as possible without putting them in the next zone over. Tedious and unnecessary.
The quests weren't even fun. Or different from stage to stage. Bottom line: I hated doing this achievement.
