Uncertain of CoV negative faction. Can confirm this for Greaves, Bracer, and Arms with one caveat: my Kromzek faction had maxed by the time I turned in the arms, so the hit in my logs is listed as +26. I would assume all pieces give +75 but cannot confirm.

Kragek Thunderforge in the quest room behind King Tormax's throneroom offers a series of quests for warriors to obtain a set of Warlord's Armor.
You must be at least ALLY with Kromzek in order to complete these quests. You say, 'Hail, Kragek Thunderforge' Kragek Thunderforge says, 'Greetings to you. I seek the service of a powerful warrior. Are you a warrior? If not then be gone.' You say, 'I am a warrior' Kragek Thunderforge says, 'Excellent. I see that you are a seasoned veteran of many battles. I admire your strength and ferocity. Life is but a series of battles, is it not?' You say, 'Life is a series of battles' Kragek Thunderforge says, 'We share the same view then. I wish to test your skills in battle. Not with me of course, for I will destroy you where you stand. Instead I wish for you to retrieve some trinkets for me and once I have them I will reward you handsomely with a helm, a breastplate, armplates, bracers, gauntlets, greaves, or boots.' Ancient Tarnished Armor molds drop from zone trash throughout Temple of Veeshan with the exception of Halls of Testing(the east wing). Gems can be found on a variety of different creatures throughout velious with some, such as diamonds, coming from higher level creatures.
