Dark Reign: A Goblin's Escort

It is a group mission (3-6 players) that begins with Talontar (click for map image) in the Dark Reign camp of the Lavastorm Mountains. Pre-requisites for requesting: - Minimum Level 55 - Minimum "warmly" faction with the Dark Reign There is a goblin in need of an escort. He has some important information about who has commissioned the Solusek Mining Company to dig in the direction of the Nest. This goblin is part of a working group of miners in Tirranun's Delve. He is fearful for his life as he is seen as a traitor for talking to us and needs your protection as he will collect the information for us. Hurry along! We have arranged for you to meet this goblin inside Tirranun's Delve. Note: This group mission scales to your group's level. The highest is 68+, outlined here. Go to Tirranun's Delve 0/1 (The Broodlands) The entrance will be marked on your compass (entered in the northeastern part of the Broodlands). Speak to Higglin 0/1 (Tirranun's Delve) ??? 0/1 (Tirranun's Delve) ??? 0/1 (Tirranun's Delve) ??? 0/1 (Tirranun's Delve) ??? 0/1 (Tirranun's Delve) ??? 0/1 (Tirranun's Delve) This task is not solved. It's possible it's bugged to a point where it cannot be completed. A goblin named Higglin Diggerchop appears in the Emoush raid zone, but doesn't appear in the instanced zone for this task. A clearing of the entire zone's population has not spawned him, and the quest is unsolved from here. In the Emoush raid instance, he responds as he probably would here: You say, 'Hail, Higglin Diggerchop' Higglin Diggerchop says 'It's about time one of you showed up. I've been waiting for hours! Hours! Now, listen, listen! . . . okay, listen! I gots to go see me boss and then he will takes you to someone who will talks maybe. See? See? That's how it works. They says I'm a traitor, so this isn't gonna be easy, easy. Now do whatever yous gots to do and let me know when you are [ready] to move! I know the way. The way!' You say, 'Ready!' Higglin Diggerchop says 'Okay, now stay close. If I get hurt it's all over for you and I'm not gonna wait!' At this point, he goes aggro. In the "A Goblin's Escort" instance, he is nowhere to be found. higglin spawned right at the zone in of the instance, and the mission was completed from there. steps are the same as the norrath's keepers version of this task.
