Plane of Air Event: Avatar of Mist

This is a triggered raid event in Eryslai, the Kingdom of Wind (the Plane of Air). It is one of four parts involved in keying oneself to Xegony's island.
The Avatar of Mist can only be spawned if "an apparition of mist" is up in the Temple of Mist (the apparition is trackable, untargetable, and unkillable). 
The Phoenixes First, you'll need to head to the Phoenix Isle and kill all the phoenixes there. Doing so spawns 4x "a phoenix windsurger" in the middle of the island. Kill these to spawn "Melernil Faal`Armanna". It drops one loot item and sometimes a spell: Puresteel Mantle Resplendent Epaulets Glyphed Rune Word Spectral Parchment Note: If you get a PH mob instead of the named at the end of this ring event, it means the Avatar isn't spawnable at this time (either it hasn't yet respawned after having been killed, or it's been very recently failed). Avatar of Mist Upon the death of "Melernil Faal`Armanna", the Avatar of Mist spawns inside the Temple of Mist. You have 45 minutes before it despawns. Avatar of Mist shouts 'Leave now foolish mortal you have begun to send events in motion that you cannot possibly understand!' The Avatar of Mist hits for a max ~2,000; AE rampages; mem blurs itself; AEs "Stone Gale"; and procs "Tornado" and "Cyclone": Stone Gale: Targeted AE 20', Unresistable (0) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 1500 2: Stun (2.00 sec) Tornado: Single Target, Magic (-100) 1: Stun (0.50 sec) 2: Decrease Hitpoints by 200 per tick Cyclone: Single Target, Magic (-150) 1: Stun (0.50 sec) 2: Decrease Hitpoints by 200 per tick 4: Decrease Agro Multiplier by 95% Loot from the Avatar includes 5x "Mystical Essence of Mist" (key item) + 1 loot item (first list) + 1 armor mold (second list) + 4 spells (third list): Band of Swirling Air Heavy Bludgeoner Whispering Air Bangle Elemental Chain Coif Pattern Elemental Helm Mold Elemental Leather Helm Pattern Elemental Silk Turban Pattern Glyphed Rune Word Spectral Parchment | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Upon killing all of the phoenixes, four "A Phoenix Firesurger" will spawn around the pond in the center of the island. After killing the four firesurgers, the four windsurgers will spawn, followed by Melernil.
