Summary

- The main encounter here is "Captain Tita`s Soul" who doesn't have any special abilities.

- Add spawns:

--- 65% health: 4x "phasmia ledalus" + 4x "phasmia vitali" + 2x "aggressive carcass" + 2x "malleable worker"
--- 40% health: 2x "phasmia ledalus" + 2x "phasmia vitali" + 8x "aggressive carcass" + 4x "malleable worker"
--- 15% health: 4x "phasmia ledalus" + 4x "phasmia vitali" + 4x "aggressive carcass" + 2x "malleable worker"
--- 6% health: 8x "phasmia ledalus" + 8x "phasmia vitali" + 4x "aggressive carcass" + 2x "malleable worker"

- Every 30 seconds, Captain Tita`s Soul increases her melee output by 1%.

--- This bonus resets to 0% each time an add wave appears.
--- If more than half the current adds are being kited, this timer decreases to 10 seconds.

- Captain Tita`s Soul remains health-locked at 2% until are adds are dead.

- Kill all adds and Captain Tita`s Soul to complete the event.

- As a One-Off raid, you only get one attempt to beat it.

- Add types:

--- "phasmia ledalus" are buffed with "Ledalus Shield" (immune to melee damage; only damaged by spells).

--- "phasmia vitali" are buffed with "Vitali Aegis" (reflects 100% of spells; only damaged by melee).
------ Casts "Eldritch Binding" (melee slow + snare)
------ Casts "Pillar of Claws" (PBAE dmg)
------ Casts "Burning Essence" (PBAE dmg)

--- "aggressive carcass" are buffed with "Rotting Husk"
------ These are immune to all damage and can only be killed via mez spells (take 15% damage per tick while mezzed).
------ While mezzed, they AE "Pillar of Claws" around itself (don't stand near them).

--- "malleable worker" are buffed with "Malleable Mind"
------ These are immune to all damage and can only be killed via charm spells (take 15% damage per tick while charmed).
------ These will break charm if they are being attacked by an NPC or if they are the most hated target of an NPC.

- All adds, if kited for 25 seconds, forget about their most hated target and gain aggro on everyone else in the zone. (Timer affects their 'title': 5 seconds, they become "Bored"; 15 seconds, they become "Annoyed"; 20 seconds, they become "Furious".)

- Event Fail: If Captain Tita`s Soul is left idle for 60 seconds, the event ends.

Loot

Everyone in the zone receives 10x "Arx Energy Crystal", used to buy raid gear from Researcher Orbiana (click for map image) in the zone-in area of Katta Castrum: Deluge. (This event does not unlock any unique items; its loot consists of items spread across the primary events in Arx Mentis.)

Possible chest loot includes 1-2 armor pieces (first list) + 2-5 other items (second list) + 0-1 chase items (third list) + 2-6 spells (fourth list) + 0-1 "Elder Source of Creation" (cultural aug) + 0-1 Arx Mentis Hero's Forge Ornament:
