This is a kill task that begins with a Kedge Spectator (click for map image) just southeast off the dock in the Combine Dredge.

- Minimum Level 95

Say "help" to request the task.

You have been assigned the task 'Snuffing the Life'.

A mysterious kedge spectator wants you to wipe the island clean.

Kill 10 Doomscale or Combine healers 0/10 (Combine Dredge)

These tend to be mobs with "vitali" in their names ("shaman" mobs count as well). Upon the last update, the task completes and you see:
