Easily the worst of these kill missions, for the same reasons stated below. I found the best thing was to set up in the water along the coast and send a tracker out, using track set to distance. Find the nearest turtle, snare it, and lead it to your group's tank. It's a bit painstaking but you only have to do this eight times. There is one land-based turtle spawn but it's very close to where the sirens attack and the one time I tried it we got agro from the sirens, who mezzed our tank! This is one kill task never worth redoing.

Say "services" to request the task. You say, 'Hail, Commissioner Paltros' Commissioner Paltros says 'Greetings to you, adventurer. We Brothers can use your [services] dealing with the flora and fauna here on the island.' You say, 'What services?' Commissioner Paltros says 'The turtles, birds, and crabs are quite delicious when properly prepared. The plants, gorillas, and undead could also use the guidance of your forceful hand.' You have been assigned the task 'Turtle Soup'. The brothers enjoy making soup from the island's sea turtles. Kill 8 sea turtles 0/8 (Brother Island) "a sea turtle" mobs are scattered in the waters around the island. A tracker is quite useful for this task. As the mobs are water-only creatures, you have to fight them in the water. Any attempt at pulling them onto land results in warping and targeting difficulties. No turtles on the beach for me, had to find them all swimming around out in the ocean. Couldn't pull them onto the beach either as they have the same mechanics as the sharks in this zone. Annoyingly long quest due to this.

The turtle spawn on the beach near some of the Razoratches. They are hard to see. They are tan in color and sometimes you get two when you pull.
