Requesting the Expedition: Apprentice Udranda (Progression) If this is your first time doing Vxed, you can request this expedition (1-6 players) as part of Gates of Discord Progression by speaking with Apprentice Udrana (click for map image) in Barindu at /location 245, -750, -124 (outside the mountain passage in the east-central part of the zone). You say, 'Hail, Apprentice Udranda' Udranda looks around sheepishly. 'Greetings. A messenger told me you would come. I believe we owe you our thanks -- though I'm not sure allowing you to face the terror in the mountains is a reward. I will have my stone worker allow you to pass through, but you must [take heed] first and be as quiet as you can.' You say, 'I will take heed' Udranda tells you, 'Good. There are many secrets I can't tell you right now for fear the Muramites might hear them, but you must do as I say and trust in me. In the mountain pass, Vxed, you must seek out Stonespiritist Ekikoa. He is my mentor and will help you in your quest to find passage to the peaks. We have created a very unique magic that we will share with you, but you must speak with him. It will all be clear to you when you find him. Tell me when you are [ready to pass] through. I cannot leave a way open for too long.' The direction to the entry to your instanced zone(s) have been marked on your compass. Vxed, The Crumbling Caverns is now available to you. While it offers you the text "ready to pass", just ignore that and follow the direction on your compass (east through the mountain passage). LOADING, PLEASE WAIT... You have entered Vxed, the Crumbling Caverns. Requesting the Expedition: Non-Progression Just say "Vxed" to Apprentice Udranda to request the expedition (1-6 players): You say, 'I wish to go to Vxed' Apprentice Udranda subtly commands her stone worker to open the passage for you before any invaders can take notice. The direction to the entry to your instanced zone(s) have been marked on your compass. Vxed, The Crumbling Caverns is now available to you. 
Named Mobs Named mobs that have a chance to spawn here: Chavoor the Trickster (mephit) Ikaav Firecaller (ikaav) Kyv Hunter (kyv) misguided beludu Creque (undead) Ukun Bloodbeast (ukun) Umbiki (cragbeast) Upon initial opening of the zone, there is a pre-requisite amount of kills (9-10 mobs) before nameds have a chance to spawn. After that period has passed, you can kill their PHs and wait for respawns. Note that the map above only reflects known spawn areas of these nameds. It's possible that they have other spawn locations. Expedition General mob population here tend to hit for a max ~1,280 (nameds hit for a max ~1,550; except for Chavoor the Trickster who hits for a max ~1,850) and have a regular respawn time (15-20 minutes?). If you're here for progression, you'll need to kill at least 50 mobs (any mobs), after which you'll see an emote: A series of low chants comes to you from the Northeast, as Stonespiritist Ekikoa emerges from the shadows. This signals the spawn of Stonespiritist Ekikoa in the northeastern-most clearing of the zone. You'll need to make your way to her and speak with her. You say, 'Hail, Stonespiritist Ekikoa' Ekikoa tells you, 'Ah, help has come. I was told to expect friendly creatures from a distant land and here you are. You are as alien as the others, but I know you have done good deeds for Udranda to send you here. Now, I will tell you what you came for. Obviously, the way to the temples is blocked. However, I [tend] to something very special here to overcome that problem.' You say, 'What do you tend to?' Ekikoa tells you, 'This stone behind me is a shard of an Attunement Obelisk. With a unique and ancient magic, we can attune spirits to this farstone to allow travel. When you touch it, the stone will be imprinted with your essence, because this is only a section of an obelisk, more must be done in order to have full use of these obelisks. Now, when you touch this stone, you will be sent back to Udranda. She will tell you what you must do next when you are ready.' You feel at one with the Attunement Obelisk and feel the power of the earth moving through you. Click on the stone to zone out. LOADING, PLEASE WAIT...
