This is a kill task that begins with Tunguska (click for map image) in the Ethernere Tainted West Karana. He's located at about -1000, 380, -315 -- in the Qeynos camp in the northwestern part of the zone.

You say, 'Hail, Tunguska'

Tunguska says, 'Oh, my Gods! Another green recruit. Listen up. It's pandemonium out here; we need strong soldiers. My tasks will separate the wheat from the chaff. Are you up for the challenge, [rookie]?'

You say, 'Rookie?!'

Tunguska says, 'There are plenty of enemies out there, scrub. Pick your doom.'

You have been assigned the task 'No Time for Bandits'.

Tunguska doesn't want help from inexperienced heroes. Prove yourself by performing the tasks he requested.

The enemies you seek are scattered throughout the Ethernere.



Slay the bandits taking advantage of the situation 0/10 (Ethernere Tainted West Karana)

Bandits are found in the far north-central part of the zone and in the northeastern corner of the zone.

Note: These mobs summon when damaged.

There are a few static spawn points in the north of zone but they are tightly bunched as double and triple pulls.
As 105 solo mage, the doubles are doable, triples dodgy.
Better bet for singles are the tunnels under the northern area, take the eastern entrance.
There are static double and triple spawns in the tunnels but there are also three roamers who can be taken singly.
Fortunately, they don't deathwalk so you burn them down easily.

They also summon, so unless you have a tank pet/merc I would avoid this one.

Right now, it seems to only give 75pp and NO aa.
