I craft some of the finest skin garments this side of Highpass Hold.' You say, 'What garments?' Ged Twigborn says 'Gloves are my specialty. I make four varieties; ratskin, wolfskin, bearskin, and my most sought after type, lionskin.' You say, 'What ratskin gloves?' Ged Twigborn says 'Interested in some ratskin gloves, are you? Well, before I can start, I need you to provide me a giant rat pelt and 6 gold pieces. I need to make a living at this, after all..' You don't need to hand in gold to him, just the pelt. Upon hand-in: Ged Twigborn says 'Ok! Let me see here.. Hmmm.. Oh, excellent.. Here you go. Some of my finest work, if I must say so myself.' Your faction standing with Kithicor Residents got better. [believed to be +2] Your faction standing with Protectors of Pine got better. [believed to be +1] Your faction standing with Jaggedpine Treefolk got better. He will take the pelt, but not the money. This is also true for the wolfskin gloves quest.

i agree with that dude up there, we should get rid of this crap quest and get a better one or re-new one of the old ones that verant stoped being obtainable.

Why the heck would anybody want to do this quest? I say of all the quests in this game that deserve to be broken, this is has to be number 1. VI should eliminate this quest and make a useful quest like the enchanted gnoll slayer obtainable.

is it just me, but aren't almost any low lvl looted glove like patchwork and cloth better than these? hell even leather is not that much more expensive and guess what no negative charisma hit, i spend to much time getting plus CHA and raising faction so i can buy/sell from Npc merchants favourably to actually use an item like this.... i don't think this quest is worth the time, save your gold buy a spell.....

Please people when you know that someone has been camping for a long time, don't pester them about when they are going to leave. Don't sit down next to them to "wait" until they are done. You might be waiting a long time and then the time it takes for you to complete your camp on top of that. The NPC will always respawn and will always be there. Just ask them kindly if they will send you a tell when they are done and 9 times out of 10 they will. These players are tired from camping that long of a period and quite understandably a little grouchy and become extremely nervous at the thought of someone possibly stealing their kill. So, be courteous.

what the heck does that have to do with this quest? Dang I really hate it when someone kill steals my giant rat. Lol
