Cindl (Tailoring Supplies) may be found at +300, -160, inside Mac's Kilts. She's on Find (Ctrl+F). She is on Merchants of Halas faction. At the end of the previous quest, Cindl mentioned a [second job].

    You say, 'What second job?'

Cindl says 'I've seen the warriors bringin' in items called 'wrath orc wristbands.' Apparently, they find them on the lifeless bodies o' the snow orc troopers. They're made from a skin I've yet to find. I'll gladly reward ye with either a rawhide tunic or leggings or even perhaps leather gloves, if ye like. All I'm askin' are two wrath orc wristbands.'

Wrath Orc Wristbands drop from a snow orc trooper and a snow orc shaman in Everfrost Peaks. Hand in two.

Cindl says 'No reward until I've got TWO wrath orc wristbands!'
Cindl says 'Fine work, Hunter!! As yer reward, please accept this item which I've fashion'd fer ye.'

Your faction standing with Merchants of Halas has been adjusted by 10.
Your faction standing with Wolves of the North has been adjusted by 7.
Your faction standing with Shamen of Justice has been adjusted by 7.
    You gain experience!!

I think this is a great way to get a bunch of raw hide for doing the Training and Journeyman runes. I have tried getting Raw hide from venders but I have payed up to 1 1/2 pp for a piece. This takes some time but it is worth it.

This quest is great if you want a) crappy experience (can I say crappy on TV? crappycrappycrappy), b) a paltry amount of silver, c) a piece of newbie rawhide armor (large races only). Go ahead and do this one if you're looking for any or all of the above....OR you can turn in ONE wristband to Hoyce MacTeagan near the beastlord trainer in the Northwest corner of town, and get half a blue bub of experience at lvl 18 (!!!!). You'll get a no-drop beastlord only tunic, but you can just destroy that. You really can't beat the experience, plus, if you're a barbarian shaman, you're on the same faction anyway. My faction with the Shamen of Justice is at ally now, and could not possibly get any higher.

Just received quest as fourth part of Beastlord power-up. Hoyce sends you out to protect our people on plateau. Must bring back to prove did the job. No idea yet what is reward. First three gave various beastlord specific armor, hat, and claws. Said was last favor to ask.

This quest is weak if u want bank but if u dont kare the about bank then this is good
#Anonymous, Posted: Nov 07 2001 at 4:55 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Alexander Atroplis in the Pally Guild in Qyenos has a quest for a lvl 1-60. Say to him "I wish to hunt the wingo" he replays "Good good a brave fighter you are indeed, here take this box and place in it a Wingo skin. In everfrost in the secret underground tunnels near the north tower you will find wingos, they con blue to my lvl 1 and are very easy to kill dispite there size. Fill the box with 4 skins and return them to Alex, and he will give you a fine steel armor of some type. Exp for a lvl 1 will make you lvl 2 and a half I did this till I was lvl 23 intill it was really boring and had enough FSA to last me forever, and all themoney I made was rediculas.

Dude, nothing cons blue to a lvl 1 you lying sack of.... &%*^$*
everything is white at lvl 1. You don't gotta lie to kick it *******!
#Anonymous, Posted: Jan 18 2002 at 4:06 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) If this is true then I will come back and post for it. I doubt very much that you can just kill blue cons at lvl 1 and get all the way up to lvl 23 like that. Especially to be rewarded with fine steel armor each time. I smell a snake and a liar..

    quest level
    # Oct 02 2001 at 12:08 PM Rating: Decent
The minimum level rating on this quest is off some I think. Level 5 is awful low to be out hunting wrath orcs. imho this quest is more around minimum lvl 10.
    RE: quest level
    # Oct 03 2001 at 4:05 AM Rating: Decent
The lowest level wrath orcs are level 7, and that is perfectly killable in a group at level 5. While most people tend to solo at that level, and you will most likely end up level 6 or 7 before you have 2 wristbands, the minimum level is pretty acurate.

i have the wristbands but, now she wont say she needs them to me, now she says she needs hides, i belive the right phrase is ,(extra hides), but no matter what i said she wont give me the rawhide armor.

I am sure bynow you have it down, but once you do the polar skin she will offer you a second job.. say 'what second job'
RE: what to say to cindl
    # Jun 12 2001 at 4:58 PM Rating: Default
The [extra hides] quest is for patchwork armour. One polar bear skin will get you a piece of patchwork armor. You first need to turn in a polar bear skin to Cindl to hear the quest for the wristbands.
    better prices
    # May 17 2001 at 9:28 AM Rating: Default
Did this 5 times on a dull day. Noriced that after my faction with merchants of halas got better, the tusks selling prices almost doubled.
If you have the time it pays off well.

I just did it 1 minute ago. No hit on the Rogue faction now.
    I belive it's four
    # Dec 27 2000 at 6:11 PM Rating: Decent
I think Cinl asks for four Wrath ors wrist bands now , maybe it depends on your class?
    RE: I belive it's four
    # Mar 26 2001 at 11:43 AM Rating: Excellent
Actually it is 2. Lysbeth McNaff in the pit of doom needs 4 to complete the Seax quest.
The Reward is a piece of Rawhide Armor.

    Difficult to find!
    # Aug 27 2000 at 6:57 PM Rating: Default
Wrath Orc Bracelets rarely drop off troopers and in two days of fighting them my groups we found 3. These drop more frequently off Mountaineers which are a lot tougher than troopers. However, once you are able to kill Mountaineers you won't need raw hide armor.
    RE: Difficult to find!
    # Dec 24 2000 at 1:27 AM Rating: Default
I made it in less than 1 hour, hunting Orc Troopers near the orc wall. It seems that they drop the bracelets more frequently.
    no longer lowers rogue

Good stuff here, if you have better armor, who cares, turn 'em in anyway, get your leather, and exp, and gold, and sell the leather back. good little racket
Think they changed it in the patch
    # Aug 03 2000 at 1:54 AM Rating: Decent
I just did this a few minutes ago, and I also had no hit with the rouge faction. I think they listened to enough people complain about this one, and fixed in part of the recent chaos of patches.

Did this quest yesterday and had no Rogue faction hit.
