This is a kill task that begins with Falso Fensar in the Heart of Fear: The Rebirth (middle level) at location -275, -290, -410 (at the end of the southeast bridge that extends from the center platform in the middle of the zone).

You say, 'Hail, Falso Fensar'

Falso Fensar looks up from alis book, als eyes meeting yours with a glimmer of hope, 'You're not a Harbinger. Is it possible you're an ally? Someone willing to [save] the souls of those who have lost alir way?'

You say, 'I can save them...'

Falso Fensar says, in Alaran, 'When the one you call Thule's essence started littering your lands, many in Argath abandoned alir homes to seek out its power. My kin found alir way here, giving up alir physical forms to receive the power of Phantasm. It is my wish to see alir souls saved before they leave this world for good. Would you be [willing] to give last rites to my kin, in hopes that they can return to alir physical form before death?'

Falso Fensar bows graciously before turning to a specific page in als book. 'When my kin are near death, recite these ancient words: Ahsha alir lassir.'

Recite the ancient Alaran words to phantasms at low health 0/10 (Heart of Fear: The Rebirth)

Fight "a phantasm" to low health (under 20%) and say the phrase "Ahsha alir lassir" to it.
