Collect all plushies from the Figurine Collector's Chest: Dolls. This item can be purchased from the Marketplace.
Collect a Prince Plushie. Collect a Chancellor Plushie. Collect a Jester Plushie. Collect a Harlequin Plushie. Collect an Angry Bellikos Plushie. Collect a Sinister Bellikos Plushie. Collect an Ominous Bellikos Plushie. Collect a Malevolent Plushie. Collect a Vile Bellikos Plushie. Note: These chests are available in the Marketplace through July 17, 2013, for 150 Station Cash per chest. They also drop randomly from mobs (thought to be a rare global drop). Each time you right-click a chest, it turns into a random one of the nine above plushies. Since it's random, it will likely take more than nine chest clicks to get all of them. The achievement wont even show up til you do the click! I done it on many chars to get the cazic doll looks pretty cool and evil lol.
meant figurine denizens. doll drop is either to rare or doesnt drop anymore. denizens drops very rarely still though.

You can not start this achievement or finish it until you actually click and open a chest in your inventory. Then and only then can you finish collection by sharing dolls or buying them all for queen reward.
