The needed items originally came as part of a 2-item set / pack from the LoN Card game. These sets / packs are not awarded from the LoN Marketplace items. Instead, the Fiery Dragonhide Pack is awarded as a stand-alone Prize --> https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=125530
