This is a solo task that begins with Tiye in Chelsith Reborn (map loc -- also findable with CTRL+F) at 1895, 190, 321. Pre-Requisites: - Level 85 - No task requirements You say, 'Hail, Tiye' Tiye says 'Please, help me! My master is an evil conniving monster. He's been stealing from noble families, like his, and blaming it on their servants. We are getting executed by the dozens because of his greed. I beg of you, help me [stop] him.' You say, 'I'll stop him!' Tiye says 'Go and confront him. See if you can persuade him to stop his scheme. He's on the top floor of this building.' You have been assigned the task 'A Not So Noble Deed'. Tiye, a slave in Chelsith Reborn, needs your help. Her master, a Shissar Noble, is stealing valuables from his peers and blaming it on the slaves. Those slaves are then brutally executed. You offered to put an end to this cruelty. Tiye wants you to confront the Debauched Noble. He can be found in the top floor of the building immediately in front of Tiye. Confront the Debauched Noble about his scheme 0/1 (Chelsith Reborn) As the task says, find the Debauched Noble (map): Head into the building in front of Tiye and up to the roof at 2025, 190, 357. You say, 'Hail, Debauched Noble' Debauched Noble says 'Hahaha! It's my word against the word of a slave. Please, you can't intimidate me with such feeble allegations.' Tell Tiye the Noble has no intention of stopping 0/1 (Chelsith Reborn) You say, 'Hail, Tiye' Tiye says 'Very well then. His thugs hang out in the building immediately east of here, scout the ground floor and collect evidence of his wrongdoings. There must be a record of some sort. When you find it, bring it to the Shissar Guard Captain.' Steal the incriminating note from the building nearby 0/1 (Chelsith Reborn) Kill the thugs 0/2 (Chelsith Reborn) Task Window Says: Tiye wants you to investigate the building directly to the east. Some of the Noble's Thugs hang out on the ground floor. Go there and look for an Incriminating Note. Multiple "a Shissar Thug" (map) spawn in the building northeast of Tiye's location. These auto-aggro you when you pick up the note that sits on the table next to them. You can fade their aggro and split them later if you need to. Give the Incriminating Note to the Guard Captain 0/1 (Chelsith Reborn) This is the "Shissar Guard Captain" (map) north of the gladiator arena. Speak with the Debauched Noble 0/1 (Chelsith Reborn) Kill the Debauched Noble 0/1 (Chelsith Reborn) Tell Tiye it's all over 0/1 (Chelsith Reborn) Rewards: Experience (regular + 4 AAs) 225 platinum | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The 'Speak with the Debauched Noble 0/1 (Chelsith Reborn)' step is actually 'Tell the Noble he's in big trouble 0/1 (Chelsith Reborn)' step.
The thugs auto agro when you pick up the note, however you can fade and then kill them. They are snareable and did not appear to share agro with other shissar. I didnt drag them right over the top of other mobs tho, heh.
