The Worntooth seems to be worth about 60 points
The Frostcoats seem to be worth around 75 points
The Wyverns seem to be worth approximately 80 points.
the total will depend on how many of which type mob you kill. seems the "special" mobs ( phs or young) are worth more or less in faction than the 'regular' trash. Named are also worth a bit more.

the wyverns give no where near 80 faction hits per kill. I've killed well over 100 which would = 8000 faction and you only need 7000 to finish the achievement.
sorry I was not clear. I was talking about the kill tasks - not the individual mobs
