These all drop in and around the lake. Some hide in the bushes.
So i gave them to my level 35 shadow knight. I got the achievement. there was no aa reward possible to take ( of course since you dont get aa till 51). so I figured to take the reg xps reward. and maybe shoot up a level. surprise! I got 5% of a level. thats all.
