A couple of points about FM for this achievement:
a. Almost everything in the giant fort spawns relatively fast with exception of the two at the gate and the two in largest 'house' in giant fort are on like a 9 or ten minutes respawn
b. I am getting 100 kill every 11:30 - 12 minutes, not great (target a 100 kill every 10 minutes), though certainly managable.
c. Good for non-afk killing relative to Frostcrypt.
Frost crypt has a ton of giants, decent arrgo radius, normal respawn time 16 to 20 minutes. The issue is all giants summon in this zone making it difficult to get more than 4 - 8 mobs at a time. Painful for non afk killing of 4 to 8 mobs, better if getting 20+ per pull.

Its the best - super fast respawn maybe 1 or 2 minutes, can afk kill and get 2000 per night if you position yourself in the right place
Old Kael if you don't mind the faction hits....Steppes giants (limited supply)...
I finally settled on BoT -- 4 section of giants you can walk/run through while a tank merc takes them at (at Level 100). Or AFK in a key spot of 5-7 spawns.

Excellent tip! I spread out my three toons, each with a tank merc, and the group racked up 3000+ kills AFK for 12 hours.

The giant fort in the center of the zone has about 15 spawns. But.. they respawn very fast. Depending on where you park your toon with merc you could get 500+ in an AFK night.
