Theater of Blood has a seemingly endless supply of vampires around the castle (approx /loc 1900, 1700, 275). I went to Dreadspire Keep, and found it to be a waste of time: not enough vampires, long respawns... plus its a long run to get there. Just use your "Harmonic Dissonance" AA (Special Tab) it will bring you straight to ToB.
Dreadspire or Tenebrous Mountains works.
