Feerott has 19 froglok ghosts. So 6 rounds and you should be done.
As stated GOMN, you can get credit by killing ghostly Guktas in South Ro LDoNs. The tree trunk zone in seems to be working now.
Another place is in Feerrott, the Dream. There are ghostly Guktas in the northeast corner called a restless spirit.
BTW, a froglok guardsman in the froglok city is only level 11 but has very high magic resist. They will ding your faction with the city.

Light-blue to level 100 but plenty of them and easy enough to grind through.
Old world Guktans may be trivial kills but there's very few spawns to clock up 100 kills in a reasonable time.

Best way for this one, to side-step faction concerns, is South Ro LDoN's. Clear 2 or 3 dungeons and done.
I will warn you however, of recent (as of this post), the dungeon entrance in Innothule (tree trunk) is bugged. You can't enter the zone.
So, be sure when you get an adventure, read the description and only accept the ones with the entrance that is in Guk.
