This is a kill task that begins with Scout Gavrilo (map) in the Valley of King Xorbb. He's located at -1300, 920, -46 (just east of the waterfall in the southwestern part of the valley). You say, 'Hail, Scout Gavrilo' Scout Gavrilo says 'Hail wanderer! You look like you can do some damage. I was called here due to my expertise in [sabotage] and "unconventional war tactics". Although I don't particularly sympathize with any faction involved, I'm always available to create some old fashioned mayhem and chaos. ' You say, 'Sabotage?' Scout Gavrilo says 'We need to get the Eyes' attention by creating a diversion so the rest of our troops can do their job undisturbed. King Xorbb counts on his goblin army to mine, build and fight. As expendable as they are, goblins are the foundation of his empire. See to it that their ranks are thinned out and we can hope to keep the enemy busy on us while more critical operations go by unoticed. ' You have been assigned the task 'Scheming Saboteur'.
