This is a kill task that begins with Kodik (map - full zone map) at /location -415, 175, -511 (in the tunnel that leads to the zoneout in the southern-most part of the zone, from the crystal crawler caverns).

You say, 'Hail, Kodik'

Kodik says 'Hmm? It's not often we see strangers in these parts. I'm quite impressed you made it past the Ry`Gorr! But, I don't suppose you came all this way to sit around and chat. So, what brings you here? A fondness for frigid cold? A [love of the stench] of unwashed orcs?'

You say, 'I just love of the stench...'

Kodik slaps his knee and roars with laughter, 'I can see you've got a good sense of humor as well as strength! That's helpful in a place like this. We don't have much to offer in the way of goods or food, seeing as there's [not much] to go round, and even less of it easy to get.'

You say, 'Not much?'

Kodik says 'It's always been a challenge to get by, but lately it's been getting harder and harder. There's few mining areas the Ry`Gorr haven't laid claim to, and now I find that the [rocks themselves] want to fight me over this one!'

You say, 'The rocks themselves?'

Kodik scratches his head bemusedly, 'I'm a bit puzzled over it myself. I've never known rocks to mind being broken or kicked before. Now they seem to take it personally! I can't mine with them all wandering around like this. I don't suppose you could [help]?'

You say, 'I can help'

Kodik says 'Be sure to give them my regards. I want them to know who sent you - assuming of course, they're capable of understanding anything. Hah!'
