If you miss your friends in the Mines of Gloomingdeep it might be possible for me to [send] you back there.' You say, 'Send me.' If you are over level 10: Secalna Galnor says 'I'm sorry, you have grown too powerful to return to that place. If you are level 10 or under, a task window pops up offering various tutorial tasks. You have been assigned the task 'Parcel Merchants'. Caden Zharik in the Plane of Knowledge wishes to teach you about parcel merchants. Speak with Caden Zharik to learn about parcel merchants. [This task begins in the Plane of Knowledge.] Caden Zharik is located at -343, +752, -94. Speak with Caden Zharik and learn about parcel merchants 0/1 (Plane of Knowledge) You say, 'Hail, Caden Zharik' Your task 'Parcel Merchants' has been updated. Caden Zharik says 'Secalna informed me that you wish to learn about parcel merchants. Let's begin.' You see a series of pop-up windows. #1: Caden Zharik is a parcel merchant. Parcel merchants act as normal merchants, but can also be used to send items to yourself or to other players. One thing to note however, is that you must have a Silver membership or higher to use parcel merchants. To send an item to yourself or another player, right click anywhere on the parcel merchant to bring up the merchant window. Next, select the parcels tab located in the upper right hand corner of the merchant window. Click 'OK' to continue. #2: To send an item, left click on it in your inventory. You will now see that the item has been placed in the merchant window. Type your name into the 'To' box, add a note if you like, click send, and then close the merchant window. When the parcel arrives, you will notice an icon that looks like a small box in your player window. Click 'OK' to continue. #3: To retrieve an item that was send to you via a parcel merchant, right click on the parcel merchatn to bring up the merchant window. Click on the parcels tab again and you will see the items is ready to be retrieved. Left Click on the retrieve button to receive the crate. It will be placed in your inventory. It's that simple! Click 'OK' to complete this quest. Your task 'Parcel Merchants' has been updated. Caden Zharik says 'As you can see, sending items is fast and easy! There are a few more things you might want to [know] about the parcel service, but I have covered the basics. Good luck!' The task officially ends at this point, but if you say "know" you will see more pop-up windows. You say, 'What is there to know?' Caden Zharik says 'Here is some additional information regarding the parcel service.' #4: -You can send both items and coin through the parcel system. -You can have a maximum of 50 items in your mailbox. Items will only remain in your mailbox for 30 days before they are deleted! -Items are delivered to the target player whether that player is online or offline. -Stacks of items may be sent and count as one item in the mailbox, but they may only be retrieve as one stack (you can't split stacks from the mailbox). Just shroud yourself to a lower level character by talking to the Spirit Shrouds in the Plane of Knowledge. You can drop the shroud once you have opened the quests.
Only Postal Merchants to make sense are the ones in Neighborhood’s (because it was the first one), PoK and the purchasable ones for the Guild Halls. Why not have one in Bazaar and Guild Lobby? Those would be used even more than existing areas combined?
