The reward makes no sense. By the time you complete the various flawed quests you are going looking at elaborate and by the time you complete the intricate quests your getting DSH drops and approaching elegant. Is it to make us buy our level of gear in the bazaar?

11-Apr-2012 Patch resolved level issues for a couple Mesa quest NPCs as well as crediting past non-repeatable tasks.
These two were mentioned specifically, so no more need to shroud down to an acceptable level to request their tasks.
