The casters reward has two options, not just the one currently listed....
Current:-
- Flawed Consigned Carapace + Flawed Consigned Mace
Other available today:-
- Flawed Consigned Carapace + Flawed Consigned Dagger
There are pro's and con's over each, Mace..over Dagger? .... or ..Dagger.over .Mace..?.
The stats are close, perhaps the resists or the graphical look of weapon on the character will help decide.
Personally, I went with the Flawed Consigned Dagger.
