According to Magelo, Indaria's loc is roughly 315, -487. I'll try to remember to confirm this.

Does the log show you what it is, even if a particular faction is maxxed out? It definitely does not show onscreen.

Nope. Once it "cannot get any better" or "cannot get any worse," it doesn't show the numbers.
In previous posts I explained why I didn't have the numbers, i.e., my faction being maxxed out, but I got tired of typing that explanation every time.

I would guess your faction with her is not up there. When I have turned things in without enough faction they take the item and don't give exp or the reward.

I was campping the sharks in the shark pool under Qeynos (where one of the spokes for the wheel quest is) and one of them dropped this doll. Checked around, and turned it in. Got the crappy choker. Went back, campped the sharks more and only got one more doll. Unless other sharks drop the doll more often, this quest is crap. I killed nearly a hundred sharks and only got two dolls the entire time. With a rare drop like that, you'd expect at least an item that didn't have the same old boring picture. Just my 2cps.

I think I can speak for everyone on this topic. Please people when you know that someone has been camping for a long time, don't pester them about when they are going to leave. Don't sit down next to them to "wait" until they are done. You might be waiting a long time and then the time it takes for you to complete your camp on top of that. The NPC will always respawn and will always be there. Just ask them kindly if they will send you a tell when they are done and 9 times out of 10 they will. These players are tired from camping that long of a period and quite understandably a little grouchy and become extremely nervous at the thought of someone possibly stealing their kill. So, be courteous.

The rules are simple, the players in dispute must work out some kind of "gentlemen's agreement." But essentially, disputely parties must share the spawn. Party A gets it one time then party B gets it the next. It is ussually best to group up with each other until both parties get the drop. I had been giving "Starshine is camped" messages for quite some time, when three complete A**H***s showed up and told me that they could outdamage me and take my camp. I petitioned, and the guide said it was my camp. I had the whole thing logged, and could show I was there first, and what they said. Of course, by the time a guide responded, I had asked for guild help, and had the three stooges outgunned, so they left.

You are right, the two parties could take turns but this hardly benifits party A who may have been camping a sight for several hours and killing spawns of little import just to hit the big one. This is the logical reason that it is simply courteous to let someone/some group finish out their camp and get their item. This way is generally much more practiced and accepted at least on my server
