There are 3 flowers in the first room you zone in at, and one a bit further up next to a building; all of these (if you are a little careful) can be used without getting aggro. You can just run between them in sequence till you're done.
Some of the flowers further in are surrounded by mobs and considerably more dangerous to use.

This is one of five pre-requisite tasks leading up to the Miragul's Nightmare mission, "Miragul's Vendetta". There are no pre-requisites for requesting this task.
This is a solo task that begins with Yilian in Miragul's Nightmare. He's a shade that roams the valleys and clearings in the western half of the zone. He'll stop if you hail him. You say, 'Hail, Yilian' Yilian says 'This place. . . So devoid of life. . . Of beauty. For so long I have been [here].' You say, 'Here?' Yilian says 'Here? I do not ponder where or what this place may be. I only long to see [beauty] once again, even if it is only for a short time.' You say, 'What beauty?' Yilian says 'There are flowers nearby. They are shadow just like almost everything else here. There is something that is still living, full of beauty here though; The water in the fountains to the north. Their [water] can bring back a glimpse of beauty.' You say, 'Water?' Yilian says 'Would you [help] me? I was going to collect some water from the fountains, but the shadowy lurkers took my pail.' You say, 'I'll help' Yilian says 'If you could get my pail back from the lurkers in the fountains to the north and bring it back to me, perhaps we can bring back a touch of color to this place.' You have been assigned the task 'Beauty Lost'. A shade named Yilian wishes to see the beautiful flowers once again in this shadowy place. If you were able to water the flowers, perhaps this could be accomplished. Collect a pail of water from shadowy lurkers 0/1 (Miragul's Nightmare) Shadowy lurkers are elementals found in the entrance room of the castle. The pail drops very commonly. Return the pail of water to Yilian 0/1 (Miragul's Nightmare) Speak to Yilian 0/1 (Miragul's Nightmare) You say, 'Hail, Yilian' Yilian says 'Take these bottles of water and give them to the shadowed flowers. With some luck they may just change into their once colorful versions for a short time.' Give a bottle of enchanted water to 10 shadowed flowers 0/10 (Miragul's Nightmare) Shadowed flowers are found throughout the zone. Give a bottle to 10 of them to change them into "a colorful flower". They respawn a few minutes after a turn-in. (Note: The flowers will give the bottle back to you, so you can just use the same bottle over and over.) Speak with Yilian 0/1 (Miragul's Nightmare) You say, 'Hail, Yilian' Yilian says 'They were so wonderful. The colors hurt my eyes but it is worth it to look upon such beauty once again. Thank you. [As of this date.] She gives you 10 bottles of water and tells you to go water 10 plants. However, the bottle(s) of water are not consumed. The plants change color, de-spawn, then re-spawn in the same spot in about 1 minute. At which time the same bottle can be handed to the same (albeit re-spawned) plant in succession in order to get all 10 credits toward the task update. (Some plants are more closely and heavily guarded than others)
