This is a solo kill quest offered by Dorran Flightfoot at approximate location 1240, 245 in the Feerrott.
You say, 'Hail, Dorran Flightfoot' Dorran Flightfoot says 'Renn, _____, to our humble home away from home. My mate, Kavri, and I are here on a little adventure of our own. Unfortunately, it's not as pleasant as I had hoped. There's some tension in the area regarding the [lizardman patrols].' You say, 'What about the lizardman patrols?' Dorran Flightfoot says 'The lizardman patrols are becoming problematic. They simply have no respect for the other beings in the area and seem to be causing an imbalance. Could you [thin them out] a little? That might even things up a bit and allow us to continue our work.' You say, 'I'll help thin them out' Dorran Flightfoot says 'Your help is much appreciated, _____. Please let us know how it goes.' You have been assigned the task 'A Panting Lizard'. The drakkin Dorran Flightfoot is worried the lizardmen patrols are a little out of control in the Feerrott and has request your help in thinning their ranks. Kill lizardman patrollers 0/4 (The Feerrott) Kill lizardman mystics 0/4 (The Feerrott) Kill lizardman brutes 0/4 (The Feerrott) Kill lizardman scrappers 0/4 (The Feerrott) Lizardmen have camps throughout the center area of the Feerrott. Return to Dorran Flightfoot 0/1 (The Feerrott) (Closing dialogues?) Today ran the task two times. It gave me three options both times.First time I picked the Heroic Stone of the Sovereign, second time Heroic Rockomancy Diamond.

I did this a second time on my Heroic lvl 86 Mage, this time I got this Heroic Stone of the Sovereign Finger Only Augment
It appears that, while the task is repeatable, a choice of augments is only offered as a reward the first time.

These augs are only available to heroic toons, had 2 toons run through this task and only my heroic toon recived the aug as a reward

Hello, did this on my heroic mage and it gives a nice augment upon completion now. It's called Heroic Rockomancy Diamond,Finger Only LVL 85 and above

The best and semi easy way to do this mission is go by the book and follow the mountain range. I think the mountain range would be north so set up camp and head out south. There is a camp of mystics etc right there and you can pull them to mountain side and fight there. If things get tough its a few second run to book to gate out safely. The one problem is you will have to be aware of the spiders that walk through the area and not aggro them to the fight. Don't mistake this mission to the one where you have to kill 16 Tae Ews which is completely different. I soloed this with my 85 at the time warrior. I used skinspikes and poisons to help out as well as having a healing pot ready to go in case. I used my Stalwart tome all the time but had to wait 5 minutes between each kill for it to reload.
