Sadly i did not get the text on turn in but giving Osh'vir the bears head gives you the 3rd AA.

This task unlocks after completing the previous task in the series and gaining level 60.
All dragons give the same quests. Every five levels you may obtain the task to receive the next level of innate breath, up to level 75. Osh`vir the Windspirit says We know it is the way of things that balance will always shift and cast serenity into chaos. Time after time I've sent you out on tasks and you have returned triumphant. Once again I send you against a threat to serenity, another abomination of nature. Its name is Razorfang and it slithers around Sunderock creating turmoil around it. You must kill it and gain proof of it. We have fellow drakkin in those lands that must be protected, even though they may not think highly of us. When you return, I will grant you a power that will make you an even more formidable force to be reckoned with.' You have been assigned the task 'Strengthening the Blood'. Collect 1 Head of Razorfang 0/1 (Sunderock Springs) He spawns at -2200, +1600 and has a razorback egg tender as a PH. Deliver 1 Head of Razorfang to Osh'vir the Windspirit 0/1 (Crescent Reach) Dialogue? You receive the ability to cast Breath of Osh'vir (level 12). OK, i see you are still looking for all others (i would think after all these years SOMEONE would have posted it) i have screenshots of the text if needed just ask. I have only done 1 - 3 at this time but so far it has mirrored what the other dragons say.
